
Sebastian is the Head of Kons AS (daglig leder), and his core expertise spans four dimensions: Talent acquisition and placement, Personnel and organisational leadership, Systems and process optimisation and Policy and public administration.
Since 2011 he has advised Kons' clients on finding and engaging consultants. He has managed end‑to‑end processes for positions ranging from support and operations staff to Management‑for‑Hire executives, and from newly graduated developers and infrastructure engineers to acclaimed subject‑matter experts. He has also supported a wide array of roles within project and change management.
Sebastian verifies proposed candidates through a deep understanding of the interplay between role requirements, technology, and individual experience, acting as a trusted partner to clients when matching the right resource to the right role. This capability is strengthened by his DNV‑GL recruiter certification.
Across more than a decade of board appointments and leadership positions, he has built solid competence in people management, continuous improvement, strategy, financial control, and corporate social responsibility.
He is responsible for Kons AS's quality‑management system, certified to ISO 9001:2015, covering all active recruitment and consultancy‑brokering processes and systems. He also leads the company's tendering activities.
